13.28.010 Purpose. The purpose of this chapter is to establish and define the improvements which will be required under the subdivision agreement to be constructed by the subdivider as a condition of final plat approval and to out­line the procedures and responsibilities of the subdivider and the city to assure compliance with these requirements. (Ord. 108 §1 (part), 1985)

 

13.28.020 Guarantee of required improvements. Prior to final approval by the commission, required surveying, monumentation, street, sewer, water, drainage and other improvements must be either constructed to the satisfaction of the commission or an acceptable surety bond or certified check in an amount approved by the commission to completely construct the improvements and maintain the improvements for one year, must be furnished by the subdivider. In the event the improvements are not completed within one year of approv­al of the final plat, the improvements shall be completed by the city at the liability and expense of the subdivider and his bonding company. (Ord. 108 §l (part) , 1985)

 

13.28.030 Maintenance agreement. The subdivider shall guarantee that the required improvements provided will re­main in good condition for a period of one year after the date of conditional acceptance by the city and shall agree to make all repairs to and maintain the improvements in good condition during the one-year period at no cost to the city. (Ord. 108 §1 (part), 1985)
