MINOR SUBDIVISIONS

13.36.010 Generally.

13.36.010 Generally. The commission may, for minor subdivisions or in individual cases, waive the preparation, submission and recording of a plat upon satisfactory evi­dence that a conveyance of a larger tract is not made for a present or projected subdivision development, and consti­tutes an isolated transaction which does not fall within the general intent of this title and that no dedication of a public area or use is involved or required. Minor subdi­visions may be drawn by the applicant on one hundred percent rag paper in ink subject to the approval of the commission.
