13.24.010 Dedication for public utilities. Rights-of-way or easements at least ten feet wide, five feet on each side of the rear or side property lines of lots, together with the right of ingress and egress thereto and therefrom, shall be dedicated on the final plat where necessary for public utilities. An anchor pole easement ten feet wide, appropriately placed, together with the right of ingress and egress thereto and therefrom shall be provided where necessary for public utilities. Buried utilities are recommended wherever possible. (Ord. 108 §1 (part), 1985)
13.24.020 Dedication of public use lands. Due consideration should be given to the allocation of suitable areas for school, park, playground and other areas to be dedicated for public use or for future acquisition by a public body. (Ord. 108 §1 (part), 1985)
13.24.030 Natural and cultural features. Outstanding natural and cultural features such as scenic spots, watercourses, and historic sites shall be maintained as far as possible. (Ord. 108 §l (part), 1985)
13.24.040 Streams and watercourses. Whenever any stream or important surface watercourse is located in a subdivision, the subdivider shall provide and dedicate easements along the stream at least twenty feet wide, or in such width as it is determined by the commission necessary for the purposes of bank stabilization, flood control, stream protection and for sanitary or recreational use. 13.24.050 State approval. Prior to final plat approval by the commission, approval by the state Department of Health and Social Services and the state Department of Environmental Conservation shall be obtained for the method proposed for water and sewer service. (Ord. 108 §l (part), 1985)
