ORDINANCE 02-01

 

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY OF ANDERSON CODE OF ORDINANCES PERTAINING TO MEETINGS.

 

BE IT ORDAINED AND ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANDERSON, ALASKA, THAT:

 

Section 1.                    This ordinance is of permanent nature and shall become a part of the City Code upon adoption and ratification.

 

Section 2. Section 2.04.030 of the City of Anderson Code of Ordinances is hereby amended as follows:

 

                                    2.04.030   Meetings.   A.  Regular meetings of the city council shall be held on the [second Tuesday] first  Thursday of each month.

 

Section 3.                    This ordinance shall take effect on April 11, 2002.

 

 

             FIRST READING:                                                      Thursday,  March 14, 2002

 

             SECOND READING AND PUBLIC HEARING:       Thursday, April 11, 2002
