AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANDERSON, ALASKA PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT AND ADOPTION OF THE CITY BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2009.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANDERSON, ALASKA THAT:

            Section I.  Classification.  This is a Non-Code Ordinance.

Section II.  General Provisions.  The attached document is the authorized budget of revenue and expenditures for the period July 1 through June 30 and is made a matter of public record.

Section III.  Effective Date.  This ordinance becomes upon its adoption by the city council.

                        First Reading:  July 31, 2008

                          Public Hearing: August 12, 2008

                        Second Reading: August 12, 2008          

ADOPTED BY A DULY CONSTITUTED QUORUM OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANDERSON, ALASKA THIS 12 DAY OF August 2008.
