Anderson 

A RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF FISCAL YEAR 2009 DENALI BOROUGH FOR UNINCORPORATED/INCORPORATED COMMUNITIES/LIBRARIES.

 

WHEREAS,              The City of Anderson is willing to undertake the performance of

                                  this grant funds under the terms of the agreement; and

 

WHEREAS,              The City of Anderson has an active community library and

                                  requires funding to continue these services; and

 

WHEREAS,              The City Council and the residents of the City of Anderson

                                  considers it to be in the best public interest to accept this

                                  funding in support of the Anderson Community Library.

 

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Anderson, Alaska, hereby accepts FY2009 Denali Borough funding for the Anderson Community Library.

 

PASSED AND APPROVED BY A DULY CONSTITUTED QUORUM OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ANDERSON, ALASKA THE 12TH DAY OF FEBRUARY 2008.
