Anderson 

A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE PRELIMINARY PLAT ASLS 2003-47 AND FORWARD THE PLAT TO THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES.  

 

WHEREAS,        Anderson City Council in acting as the Planning Commission

                           for the City of Anderson, has reviewed the Preliminary Plat

                           for the land ASLS 2003-47.

 

WHEREAS,        Anderson City Council in acting as the Planning Commission

                           for the City of Anderson approves the Preliminary Plat for the

                           land ASLS 2003-47.

 

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Anderson City Council in acting as the Planning Commission for the City of Anderson, has reviewed and approved the Preliminary Plat ASLS 2003-47.

 

PASSED AND APPROVED BY A DULY CONSTITUTED QUORUM OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ANDERSON, ALASKA THIS 12TH DAY OF AUGUST 2008.
