AN ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY OF ANDERSON

PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT

OF THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2006

BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF

THE CITY OF ANDERSON, ALASKA THAT:

Section 1.          For the fiscal year of 2006 actual expenses and revenues have varied                                           from the estimates reflected in the approved budget;

Section 2.          GENERAL PROVISION.  The budget document attached lists the authorized                             revenues and expenditures and the change in cash balances as part of the budget                            for the period July 1, 2005 through June 30, 2006 and made a matter of public                                  record.

Section 3.          The budget is hereby amended as indicated and any portion of the approved                                 budget inconsistent with amended is repealed.

Section 4.          This ordinance becomes effective upon its adoption by the City Council of                                    Anderson, Alaska.

                        Second Reading:  June 13, 2006

                        Adoption:  June 13, 2006
