The DMV will have reduced hours on the following dates:
Friday, May 15, 2026: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Friday, May 22, 2026: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
All other days will follow normal hours of operation.

Summer Hours (May 6th 2026–August 31st, 2026)
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
10:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M.

Class D Road tests Wednesday only, by appointment
CDL & CLPs by appointment only

Winter Hours (September–April)
Wednesday and Thursday
10:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M.
(Class D road test only)

Closed - City of Anderson Holidays.

We offer the following services:

*ID, Instructional Permits, Driver Licenses, Real ID, CDL permits & CDL renewals

*Title & Register Vehicles

*Temp. & Permanent Handicap Placards

*Administer regular road tests

IF YOU ARE RENEWING OR BRINGING IN A 1ST TIME REGISTRATION FOR A VEHICLE IN A COMMERCIAL CLASS, PLEASE BRING IN YOUR DOT AND TIN NUMBERS SO IT WILL CLEAR THE PRISM SYSTEM.
