Resolution 03-09

 

A RESOLUTION OF City of Anderson adopting the determination of population of the municipality as of November 1, 2002.

 

WHEREAS, the City of Anderson has conducted a census of the

municipal Population indicating the population of permanent

residents of the municipality as of November 1, 2002, and

 

WHEREAS, the governing body of the municipality must pass a resolution adopting the results of the census for use by the Department of Community and Economic Development;

 

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the governing body finds that on November 1, 2002, the population of permanent residents of the municipality was   ____.

 

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY OF ANDERSON OF ANDERSON, ALASKA THIS 16th DAY OF OCTOBER 2002.
