RESOLUTION 03-14

A RESOLUTION EXTENDING APPRECIATION AND GRATITUDE TO SAMANTHA RATHBONE FOR THE TIME AND ENERGY SHE DEDICATED TO THE CITY OF ANDERSON.

WHEREAS, Samantha has faithfully performed the duties as a council member of the City of Anderson; and

WHEREAS, Sam could be counted on by the community and fellow council members to honestly and vigorously defend her ideas of what was best for the people of the City of Anderson; and

WHEREAS, there is no question that the aforementioned service came at the expense of other important pursuits in her life; and

WHEREAS, Samantha has served as a member of the city council since November 2000 and Vice-Mayor since August 2001; and

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Anderson City Council extends its appreciation to Samantha Rathbone for her faithful service to the people of the City of Anderson.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Anderson City Council wishes her the best in the future.
