ROLL CALL The Special Meeting of the Anderson City Council was called to order by Mayor Mike Pearson at
AGENDA APPROVAL M/S D. Frisbie/M. Berry moved to approve the agenda.
There was no further discussion. Motion passed unanimously.

Ordinance 07-05
Procedures and requirements
For the sale of the lots in the
Northern Lights Sub. At
No costs Discussion included the following:
1. Open time period for accepting applications
2. Number of lots that would be for sale at no costs
3. What type of businesses would be allowed?
M/S K. Fetzer/D. Frisbie moved to allow only cottage type businesses, industrial and commercial businesses are specifically excluded. Cottage type businesses are businesses that are conducted from within the house. No further discussion. Motion passed unanimously.
Minor changes were made to the ordinance:
1. Advertisement would be for a minimum of two weeks.
2. Individual must be 18 years and older to apply for a lot.
3. Deleted “special” for the type of lot selection meeting.
4. Rewrite section E as follows:
Title: After an applicant has been selected for a particular lot, the city council shall enter into an agreement with the applicant which will result in conveyance of title to the applicant secured by a deed of trust issued by the Fairbanks Title Agency with the City of

Discussion Denali Borough Assembly Member Eileen Holmes briefed the council on the issues facing the borough. She stated that we have three representatives from our area that can assist the city. She stated that the borough will be going to
