AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANDERSON, ALASKA PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT AND ADOPTION OF THE CITY BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2008.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANDERSON, ALASKA THAT:

            Section I.  Classification.  This is a Non-Code Ordinance.

Section II.  General Provisions.  The attached document is the authorized budget of revenue and expenditures for the period July 1 through June 30 and is made a matter of public record.

Section III.  Effective Date.  This ordinance becomes upon its adoption by the city council.

                        First Reading:  April 10, 2007

                        Public Hearing:  June 12, 2007

                        Second Reading: May 8, 2007   

                        Adoption:  June 12, 2007
