AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANDERSON, ALASKA PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT AND ADOPTION OF THE CITY BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2006.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANDERSON, ALASKA THAT:

            Section I.  Classification.  This is a Non-Code Ordinance.

Section II.  General Provisions.  The attached document is the authorized budget of revenue and expenditures for the period July 1 through June 30 and is made a matter of public record.

Section III.  Effective Date.  This ordinance becomes upon its adoption by the city council.

                        First Reading:  May 16, 2005

                        Public Hearing:  June 7, 2005

                        Second Reading:  June 7, 2005  

                        Adoption:  June 7, 2005 

ADOPTED BY A DULY CONSTITUTED QUORUM OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANDERSON, ALASKA THIS 7th DAY OF JUNE 2005.
